TG Track provides Telegram channel conversion tracking tools, landing page generation, Meta Pixel integration, analytics, and related services for digital marketers. The Service allows users to track conversions from Meta (Facebook) ads to Telegram channel memberships.
To use the Service, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
TG Track offers various subscription plans with different features and channel limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are billed on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

TG Track integrates with third-party services including Meta (Facebook), Telegram, and OpenAI. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Web Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
