Smart Web Technologies ("we", "our", "us") operates the TG Track platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. Please read this policy carefully.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (encrypted). If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing information through our payment processor.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type, device information, and referring URLs.

Tracking Data: When visitors interact with landing pages you create, we collect page views, click events, UTM parameters, and Meta Pixel identifiers for the purpose of conversion tracking.

Telegram Data: We collect Telegram user IDs and usernames of users who interact with your channels through our tracking system, solely for the purpose of attribution and conversion tracking.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• To process your subscription and manage your account.
• To track and report conversions between Meta ads and Telegram channels.
• To send conversion events to Meta on your behalf.
• To improve, personalize, and expand our Service.
• To communicate with you about updates, support, and marketing (with opt-out).
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and fraud.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Meta (Facebook): Conversion events are sent to Meta via the Conversions API on your behalf, using your Pixel ID and access token.
• Telegram: We interact with Telegram's Bot API to manage channel join requests and track memberships.
• OpenAI: Channel information may be sent to OpenAI for AI-powered content generation (landing page text and images).
• Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party services that assist us in operating the platform (hosting, analytics).
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Facebook Login and Your Meta Ad Accounts

When you connect Meta to TG Track (with Facebook Login, or by pasting an access token), Meta gives us an access token. With it we read, for the ad accounts you manage: the accounts and their businesses, pages and pixels; campaigns, ad sets, ads and creatives, including their images and videos; their statuses and Meta's review feedback; and performance figures such as spend, impressions, clicks and results.

We use this only to show you your accounts and reports, to keep backups (versions) of your campaigns, and, when you ask us to, to create, copy, turn on or delete campaigns in your ad accounts. New campaigns and copies are always created paused first. We never sell Meta data, share it with others, or use it to advertise anything of our own.

• Storage: access tokens are stored encrypted. Backups, images, videos and reports are kept on our servers while your TG Track account exists.
• Disconnecting: remove a connection on the Meta Ads Accounts tab, or remove TG Track in your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy, then Business integrations). We then stop using that connection.
• Data deletion request: if you ask Meta to delete the data TG Track holds about you, we delete every connection made with your Facebook profile (its token, and your Facebook ID and name) and give you a confirmation code you can check at tgtrack.io/meta-deletion. Campaign backups and reports belong to the TG Track account that made them and stay with it; to delete them, delete that account or write to support@tgtrack.io.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted passwords, HTTPS encryption, and secure server infrastructure. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Tracking and event data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service. Landing pages created through TG Track may use Meta Pixel and our own tracking scripts to collect visitor interaction data for conversion attribution.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access your personal data.
• Right to rectify inaccurate data.
• Right to request deletion of your data.
• Right to restrict or object to processing.
• Right to data portability.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal data, we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
